No, I did not removed.

local-network-acl internal.xml
<param name="local-network-acl" value="localnet.auto"/>

Just in the prev. message you asked about "localnet-acl", and I did not
found exactly this tag
in the config. Now, when you correctly wrote tag name, I have found it,
and it has default value.
