[Freeswitch-dev] SIP 180 RINGING w/media in proxy or bypass mode

Try pre_answer instead of ring_ready

This sends a 183 + SDP which should achieve the same thing.

We opt not to send any 180 + SDP because though it's legal, it seems
completely stupid to do so to me.
