Not at all,
That idea is fine, there are already people volunteering to maintain windows
build. I suggested that you find these people and contribute to their
efforts because that is how it gets done. When people who care about a
certain aspect get together to work on improving areas they have an interest
in. We do our best to keep everything in line but we are doing it all at
once. It takes smaller volunteer groups to really sort things out.
