[Freeswitch-dev] Started installation on Windows

[BS1977]

Hi All, 

I don't see  any step by step documentation for Windows OS. So far I just downloaded source freeswitch-1.0.latest.tar.gz  and built it using VS2005. All looked good.  When I tried to run  freeswitch.exe  then I got following on screen..

Can anyone point me where to start ?  I think we have very limited documentation at this time.
