[Freeswitch-users] Set custom fields in xml cdr after called leg hangup

You can set variables after the hang up, but I did this ages ago.

Have you looked at

with it you can continue executing instructions after a hang up. Though I’m
not sure whether you can set channel variables. Check it out.

Nowadays I just make any addition or changes while posting the mod_xml_cdr
to a web server.  You’d get the xml cdr and act accordingly.
