[Freeswitch-users] h264 packetization modes

is there a way to force h264 packetization mode 0 or 1 in freeswitch?
running into an issue where a-leg h264 uses mode 1 but freeswitch sends
mode 0 to b-leg.
I've even tried disabling transcoding, and sending exact same A leg codec
string to b-leg, and still, freeswitch uses different packetization mode.
Any advice would be appreciated!
