You can have a shared database which you can use for the count and also you
save in it which host it's on and mute using event socket.
There will still be a few things that can't be done in this way such as
"relate", but the basics can be easily done.
It would be nice if there would be some solid framework to handle all this
automatically, either directly in freeswitch or as an outside process,
maybe try consulting at freeswitch.com if someone is building such project I
can sponsor part of it.
