[Freeswitch-users] Set b-leg CallerID using from in a 300 Multiple Choices reply

I am grateful for your help Joseph! I am new in FS with VCS and using the
default configs provided by Jerasoft but I see the possibilities are
endless and I may abandon MVTS (my current SBC) for good if I can manage to
configure the FS the way I need it.
