[Freeswitch-users] Enabling new languages for Say

Thats weird, its in more than en and ru, its also in es_ar, he, pl, and sv.

Not sure why whoever wrote the other language mods never added that part.  If anyone wants to toss me a pull request on fixing this, I’d be happy to look at it.
