[Freeswitch-users] Monitoring call quality using variable_rtp_audio_xxx

flaws are missing or out-of-order packets.
If you get subsequent missing packets it counts as 2 flaws.

The number of flaws out of the total number of packets is the quality
percentage.  The quality percentage rounded to a scale of 4.5 is the mos.
