Hi Brian,

  Thanks for informing us. I just switched back to 1.6.13 an hour ago due
to users complaints (and did not have the time yet to dig more). However, I
have the following settings for all users:

          <action application="set" data="fax_enable_t38_request=true"/>
          <action application="set" data="fax_enable_t38=true"/>

which, according to your message above, should work ok. Anyway, I'll wait
to 1.6.15...
