[Freeswitch-users] CPU sys load issue

NTP adjusts the system clock while FS initialises a monotonic clock on
start. FS doesn't see adjustments for drift by NTP.

sync_clock_when_idle is better than sync_clock.

You can also use the enable-use-system-time option which'll get it to use
the system (and therefore NTP) time.
