i've support for opus in FS, i compile it using libopus in fs, this call
in particular is doing transcoding from opus to pcmu so the transcoding
is working.

When i execute fs_encode i can see the support for ggg files:

2017-04-26 10:28:14.165725 [INFO] mod_sndfile.c:396
LibSndFile Version : libsndfile-1.0.25 Supported Formats
..
OGG (OGG Container format) (extension "oga")
OGG (OGG Container format) (extension "ogg")
..

So, if i not mistake the decode/encode should have work?
