[Freeswitch-users] Call to Group goes Unanswered

I have a small group defined in my set up. and normally it works as 
expected (all phones ring at the same time).

The other day we had a case where an incoming call was not answered. The 
caller was prompted to enter an "external access code", which of course 
she didn't have.

What should have happened?

Is there a way that the group could be defined so that, if the call goes 
unanswered, the call will be directed to voicemail?
