Looking at the architectute of QUIC as a transport it would solve a lot of
issues with mobile clients.
The server needs no intervention in a mid-call ip address change, TCP like
miltiplexing over UDP & some other inherent benefits without having to
worry about keepalives, meaning less traffic overload, etc.
