[Freeswitch-users] freeswitch-mod-esl removes freewtich-all

In 1.6.7, freeswitch-all package already includes all the libraries
and modules from all freeswitch-* packages, so you don;t need to
explicitly install freeswitch-mod-esl: all that you need is already on
your server.

The recent master branch changes this behavior, see FS-9075 for more details.
