Are you saying /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/dialplan/public/01_inbound_did.xml
should have this:
<action application="transfer" data="{ignore_early_media=true}2003 XML
Default"/>

When I dial the did, I see it's trying to look for 2003 and not the ring
group I setup (techsupport).
