You can also use loopback via sofia stack. Bridge to
sofia/gateway/your_host, or make separate profile for this. Of course,
this will lead to CDR madness, but you can pass original Call-UUID as
SIP header and then you'll have some common identifier through all the
call legs besides Call-UUID. Call-UUID will be regenerated on inbound
leg of such loopback.
After bridge you can re-bridge them with uuid_bridge to remove
redundant channels.
