[Freeswitch-users] Problems with mod_soundtouch

I was playing around with mod_soundtouch last night and tried this as an extension:

    <extension name="Soundtouch">
      <condition field="destination_number" expression="^9200(\d+)$">
        <action application="soundtouch" data="hook_dtmf -0.5o"/>
        <action application="bridge" data="sofia/gateway/cudatel/99$1"/>
      </condition>
    </extension>

When I call that extension, any sounds made on the A leg are heard on the B leg as noise.  B leg to A leg works perfectly.  This exact extension has worked perfectly in the past.  Any ideas on what might cause this?

System specs:
Debian 8.2
FreeSWITCH Version 1.6.2-9~64bit (-9 64bit)

Freeswitch was built with Debian packages.
