[Freeswitch-users] What exactly enable_soa = false changes?

Good day Steven, thanks for this high-level debrief.

Do I understand right that soa portion of the stack was in use by FS for 
a long time now?
And default is enable_soa= true and has been like that for 2-3 years at 
least?
