[Freeswitch-users] fail_on_single_reject and sequential bridge fail-over?

I've never been clear on how this works.

However, the most typical case - you get a USER_BUSY so don't try any more
carriers - I've found to my surprise that other carriers sometimes are able
to complete the call...
