We migrated this instance to a new container today, If you see any
weirdness in downloads please report them ASAP, I've also re-enabled IPv6
on files dot.  Our allocation is accessible from both HE and Cogent.

If anyone has Cogent allocations please do what you can to apply pressure
so that Cogent will peer with HE solving the issues with the partitioned
IPv6 network.   HE is willing to peer, its Cogent that is refusing.
