[Freeswitch-users] Slow outbound call service requires a "fake" UK ringtone

Got an application where it can sometimes take several seconds for an 
outbound call to give any progress.
I'd like the A-party to hear UK ringing "to be getting on with" so they 
don't think there's something wrong and hang up prematurely.

How do I do this?
