[Freeswitch-users] start_dtmf_generate and bind_digit_action

Ok, so I was poking around in the code and I couldn't come up with a way to
work around this. The way it is implemented now;

switch_ivr_bridge.c:446 will pass the rfc2833 to the other channel, which
is what we don't want.

So since the same method is used by ivr_get_digits to check if there is
digits on the channel, how would I work around this. So what would be the
correct way around this?

Thanks
