I see. Looks like HANGUP_COMPLETE provides more context.
I didn't mean ESL per se, was trying to refer to the more general event
distributor concept in FS. I think mod_kazoo acts like an erlang C node
firing events in a reliable fashion. Not sure what's going on in there
precisely.
