[Freeswitch-users] vm_inject/voicemail_inject not setting ${RFC2822_DATE}

Also vm_inject ignores the vmmail-from setting attached to the given user,
resulting in emails coming from <callerid>@<full_domain> rather than
voicemail at me.com.
