[Freeswitch-users] sofia_presence generates NOTIFY but not sending NOTIFY for shared call appearance (SCA)

Lines starting at 3118 where sofia_presence generates the NOTIFY with SCA
information but does not actually send it.

Running version FreeSWITCH Version
1.5.14b+git~20140917T231120Z~8f85b5204c~64bit (git 8f85b52 2014-09-17
23:11:20Z 64bit)


The setup is:
3 phones using SCA on ext 1004
ext 1000 calls 1004, all 3 phones ring, one of 3 answers. NOTIFY is
generated, not sent.

If one of the SCA phones makes an outbound call, SCA does work properly.
It only seems to happen when the 3 phones are rang and only one answers.
