[Freeswitch-users] Operator softphone for FreeSWITCH

Hi Guillermo,

What this particular client wants is something akin to
voiceoperatorpanel.com, except with the ability to have the one display
show connections to multiple PBXes. So you'd have a really fancy softphone
that can show presence info for users on multiple PBXes. (I'm assuming
that'd be quite a nice little SIP packet storm to keep all those NOTIFYs
coming in...)

Some folks call this a HUD - heads up display. I'm just curious what people
use in the scenario where the receptionist does not take her hands off of
the computer keyboard/mouse to handle calls. Ex: recept can do a
drag-n-drop operation to transfer a caller to an extension. Stuff like that.
