[Freeswitch-users] Upgrading 1.2 to 1.4

Now got all the bits working.  A slightly roundabout route - so will 
probably need to rebuild from scratch to check that it's repeatable.
I didn't use luarocks, as the 5.1/5.2 confusion was doing my head in!
But these things seem to be eminently compilable from source.
