[Freeswitch-users] Upgrading 1.2 to 1.4

The main visible difference is mod_spidermonkey is replaced by mod_v8, and
there are differences in between them so javascript scripts may require
updating. Otherwise there shouldn't be many noticeable changes. It'll use
more system libraries than before, but that shouldn't affect behaviour.
