[Freeswitch-users] Freeswitch usage at a large organization with presence

Hello,

  Anyone is running Freeswitch in a large prganization environment, with
BLF and shared lines?

I have presence enabled for all extesions, and I see a lot of database
accesses (I am using ODBC for all core and non-core databases). I am afraid
this might be a bottleneck in future expansion, and would like to hear what
others are doing regarding this.
