[Freeswitch-users] Change some variables.

These are fields, not variables. They describe the incoming leg and cannot
be modified.

Caller ID can be overridden by setting these variables
  effective_caller_id_name
  effective_caller_id_number
  origination_caller_id_name
  origination_caller_id_number

Search for these on the Wiki.

The username won't be exported onto the bleg.
