[Freeswitch-users] Event Socket Layer State Diagram

In my ESL app I associate the CHANNEL_EXECUTE with the command I sent by
comparing the Application & Application-Data headers to what I originally
sent, then I store the Application-UUID in my app.

I haven't found the PLAYBACK_START and PLAYBACK_STOP events so useful,
also PLAYBACK_STOP
doesn't always fire, in particular I found that if playback is stopped by
sending the break command there is no PLAYBACK_STOP event.
