[Freeswitch-users] XML DialPlan help

You can use tonestream to play a dialtone (probably), but this will be live
during a SIP call to the FS server, not on the phone. You have to control
when it times out  to start the call-- on my calling card I have a timeout
or allow the user to press # to indicate that they are done.
