When you make current, you arent getting an exact version... You are
getting whatever patches have been applied to the tree since the last tag...

If you want a specific version, do not use make current, instead, you need
to find the tag that you want  ( ³git tag ­l² to get a list of them), and
then checkout that tag ( ³git checkout v1.2.22² ) then build as normal...
Doing a make current is effectively the same thing as doing a git pull and
will pull the latest head of the branch.
