[Freeswitch-users] Problems with RTP delay at around 300 concurrent calls

I am using G711 codec.

There are no firewalls.  It is a small, nearly self-contained network of the sipp machine, a switch, and the FS machine.

The links show to be 1G and full duplex.

The calls come in at around 2 per second, so I think the single Sofia profile thread for the signaling should be acceptable.   Do you agree?

Thanks,
David

What codec are you using?  Have you turned down/off logging?  Is there any swapping going on?

Have you tried spreading the calls over more than 1 SIP profile?  Each SIP profile gets its own thread.
