[Freeswitch-users] HTTP API call from dialplan

Hi,

Is there is a way to call an external API (HTTPS/GET), to validate a phone
number from the dialplan?

<extension>
  <condition https://domain/api?par1=value, $ret-val>  ??
  <action application="bridge" .....>
  </condition>
</<extension>

I'm looking at mod_curl but not sure if I can use it in dialplan and/or how
to retrieve the response.

Any idea?
