[Freeswitch-users] registration-thread-frequency

We need to know when the phones have gone AWOL.

Without this scheme, we are getting mysterious cases of phones not 
ringing when the ISP is having a bad hair day.
This doesn't exactly fix the problem, but it does enable us to alert the 
user who can then take appropriate measures.

I suppose if it was just a temporary glitch, we've just made it a 
permanent one....

Mmm.

Given that some phones seem to be far more susceptible to this than 
others, there could be a babies with bathwater issue. Might have to 
rethink the strategy here, but the most important thing is to look out 
for failed OPTIONS responses.
