[Freeswitch-users] Call Waiting + FIFO

Michael, when i reduce it down to 1 extension, or have 3 calls coming in (1
answered by each extension) the extensions never ring with Call Waiting,
also it calls all phones at once, not a single phone if nobody is on a
phone.
