[Freeswitch-users] Want to use REFER to do transfers

deflect is freeswitch acting as the endpoint and sending the refer itself, so using deflect would result in this:

bell SBC -> FreeSWITCH

No endpoint involvement and you’re sending a refer to the SBC which is mostly
