[Freeswitch-users] CHANNEL_HANGUP_COMPLETE cannot received

The command "erlang handlers", typed in the Freeswitch cli, should show what events you're requested to receive.

My impression is that Freeswitch does indeed send CHANNEL_HANGUP_COMPLETE in all SIP-related hangup scenarios if one has requested them to come using the event mechanism. At least with mod_erlang_event in Inbound mode. Have used Freeswitch versions up to 1.2.12, not 1.2.14 yet.

Could you somehow have lost Erlang-connection? Check with "erlang listeners" in fs_cli.

Hi,

I’m not 100% sure, but as far as I remember the CHANNEL_HANGUP_COMPLETE is not always sent. It depends who releases the call (originator or destination). Can you check this e.g. by connecting with telnet to the event socket port and see which you are receiving?
