Most of the time the devs of FS try to avoid getting too involved in the 
whole load test related questions here on the list because there are an 
unbelievable number of factors that go into any scenario.  Your software 
is only as good as your hardware, and your hardware is only as good as 
the software you run on it.  If you haven't already consulted this, I'd 
suggest reading 
https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Performance_testing_and_configurations 
for some tips on tuning your system.
