Someone interested please test, verify and add to wiki.

These steps worked for me on a clean OpenBSD 5.4 system.

OpenBSD openbsd54 5.4 GENERIC#37 amd64

mkdir -p /usr/local/src/
cd /usr/local/src/
pkg_add -r rsync-3.0.9p3 git automake-1.13.1 autoconf-2.69p0 libtool gmake bzip2 jpeg flac python-2.7.5
git clone git://git.freeswitch.org/freeswitch.git freeswitch.git
cd freeswitch.git
export LIBTOOL=/usr/local/bin/libtoolize
# If you have a better way by all means, its required now for the new libsndfile not sure that was intended.
alias python=/usr/local/bin/python2.7
perl -i -pe 's/^languages\/mod_v8/#languages\/mod_v8/' modules.conf (FS-6245)
gmake install
gmake sounds-install moh-install
