Please test, These steps worked from a clean FreeBSD 10 system.

mkdir -p /usr/local/src/
cd /usr/local/src/
pkg install git automake autoconf libtool gmake bzip2 jpeg openssl pkgconf flac python
git clone git://git.freeswitch.org/freeswitch.git freeswitch.git
cd freeswitch.git
./bootstrap.sh
./configure
perl -i -pe 's/^languages\/mod_v8/#languages\/mod_v8/' modules.conf (FS-6245)
gmake
gmake install
gmake sounds-install moh-install
