Yes, it should work on Raspberry because ARMv5TE is the subset of ARMv6 and
ARMv7 command sets.
It can be even faster as ARMv6/v7 has many advanced instructions(ex.
division by hardware).
As for open sourcing, sorry guys, but I can't. First of all because
Freeswitch Solutions Llc is official licensee of Sipro(g.729 patent holder).
