[Freeswitch-users] 1.4/master openssl requirement change.

Keep in mind when you do this that the openssl you install becomes a
dependency so the code is not portable without it so if you need to copy
the binaries to other systems you plan accordingly such as installing the
openssl into the same prefix as FS eg /usr/local/freeswitch
