Hi Yuri,

You're right, I was trying to setup Skypopen few weeks ago and faced the
similar issue.
The link for skype-2.0.0.72 download in the install.pl is broken.

You need exactly 'skype-oss-2.0.0.72 static' for production.
There is a point in the Skypopen wiki with 'how-to use skype 4.2', but not
sure whether it will work, especially once Skype Desktop API was retired.

I've just uploaded skype.2.0.0.72 from one of my production server to the
google drive:

You will need to place skype binary to /usr/bin/
and other folders in /usr/share/skype
