[Freeswitch-users] play_and_get_digits - why is minimum 1 digit?

That's what the timeout is for. Timeout means no digits, make that as low as you want.

Is there any particular technical reason that the minimum number of digits for play_and_get_digits is 1 instead of 0?

There have been a few cases where I was wanting to have "enter a destination phone number followed by pound sign, or 
enter just pound sign to cancel" type of prompt.

Lowering the minimum to zero would accomplish this, but is there some reason not to do that?
