[Freeswitch-users] How to avoid beep and DTMF key sounds in recording

Hi,

I have strange issue, which is actually happening to my customer but i
could not myself reproduce it. He complaints that when a voicemail message
is left be a caller, it has beep sound (when recording starts) as well as
any DTMF key sounds (that he presses, e.g. to end the recording) embedded
in the recorded message.

Does it may any sense to you? How it happens and how can i get rid of it?
