[Freeswitch-users] Weird behavior 3cx with destination 5000 for ivr demo

When i call destination 5000 with my registered phone via 3cx for ivr demo,
my session hangs up(incompatible destination) suddenly and no sound heard
from phone! anybody knows the solution?

all configs is default FS configurations.
i have just changed these lines in vars.xml:
  <X-PRE-PROCESS cmd="set"
data="global_codec_prefs=G729,G722,PCMU,PCMA,GSM"/>
  <X-PRE-PROCESS cmd="set" data="outbound_codec_prefs=G729,PCMU,PCMA,GSM"/>
